Care
Wash by hand and dry immediately. Copper develops a warm patina with time; to restore shine, rub with lemon and salt and rinse. Tin-lined interiors are food-safe; do not scour them.

You can hear the Kamalov workshop before you see it — the ring of hammers under the Toqi Zargaron dome has not stopped since the family arrived in 1965. Trays, jugs and teapots are raised from flat sheet by hand, planished to a dimpled surface that catches light, and engraved with vine and calligraphic patterns. Interiors are tin-lined for food use.
