Sherzod studied glass in Murano and came home to Khiva to blow it inside the old city walls. The studio's colour is taken from the Kalta Minor minaret — a turquoise that shifts to lapis in shadow — and its forms from the water jugs and rosewater sprinklers of the region. Every piece is free-blown, without moulds, and signed on the base.
